* A tabata is a high-intensity 4 minutes work-out (HIIT) that consist of 8 intervals of 20 seconds all-out intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest

1st round 20 sec as many as possible (AMAP) 10 sec rest
2nd round 20 sec AMAP 10 sec rest
3rd round 20 sec AMAP 10 sec rest
4th round 20 sec AMAP 10 sec rest
5th round 20 sec AMAP 10 sec rest
6th round 20 sec AMAP 10 sec rest
7th round 20 sec AMAP 10 sec rest
8th round 20 sec AMAP 10 sec rest
